Adam Crowson, PA-C is a true northwest Florida native, born in Pensacola and raised in the small community of Baker. Adam is a graduate of Baker High School and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida. In 2020, Adam received his Master of Medical Science as a physician assistant at Nova Southeastern University. Adam has been in the Northwest Florida area since 2020, providing chronic care management and urgent care services to his patients. In 2023, Adam moved his services home and joined Main Street Medical Center.
Adam is happily married to his high school sweetheart, and they have been blessed with a son and daughter. He and his family are active members in their local church. Adam is passionate about providing quality care for his patients and he is driven primarily by his faith in God.
Got an appointment with these folks fast (next day). Adam was my attending and I have to say that I am well pleased. Staff is very friendly, efficient, and accommodating. I feel as though everyone there is eager to help. I would leave 10 stars if that were an option.
I had my first visit yesterday. From the time I walked in the door I felt welcome! The staff was amazing, I was taken back quickly and everyone I encountered was kind and professional! I had a lot of questions after changing doctors and was treated like my concerns were validated and my health was a priority! I feel like I have finally found a clinic where people are taking my health seriously and will do everything possible to get me back on a road to healing!
