I had IV Therapy for the first time yesterday, and I can’t even begin to explain the difference it’s made. For the past six months, I have been working and just on the go nearly nonstop. I’ve felt completely drained, stressed, and like I hardly recognized the person staring back at me in the mirror. My weight, skin, sleep, moods, and energy levels have all taken a huge hit, and I was living day to day ignoring that Ive been past my breaking point. But this morning, for the first time in months, I didn’t fall back to sleep or wake up with that heavy sense of dread in my chest. My sleep last night was probably the best sleep I had in a while. I’m excited to come back. 💙
